General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 RETURNS: Cancellation Policy, Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

§ 2 Scope, Customer Information
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between:

and consumers who purchase goods through our shop. These GTC also contain customer information in accordance with the German BGB Information Regulation. The contract language is German.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The offers on the internet constitute a non-binding invitation for you to order goods.
After entering your data and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
We are entitled to accept your offer within 3 days by sending an order confirmation by email. If the period mentioned in sentence 1 expires without result, your offer shall be deemed rejected, meaning you are no longer bound by your offer.
§ 4 Customer Information: Storage of Contract Text
We store the contract text together with the item details. The contract text together with the item details is stored by us. You do not have access to the contract text via the internet.
§ 5 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You may correct your entries at any time before submitting the order. During the ordering process, we will inform you about the available correction options.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The purchased item remains our property until full payment has been made.
§ 7 Limitation Period for Warranty Claims
Your claims for defects in used goods expire one year after delivery of the sold item to you.
Excluded from this regulation are claims for damages, claims relating to defects that we fraudulently concealed, and claims arising from a guarantee we provided regarding the condition of the item. The statutory limitation periods apply to these excluded claims.
§ 8 Limitation of Liability
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, guarantees, or claims under the German Product Liability Act.
The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and legal representatives.
Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to hand over the item to you and transfer ownership of it to you. Furthermore, we must provide you with the item free from material defects and defects of title.
We ship our goods as insured parcels. We work with Hermes, and a tracking number is generated for each package, which Hermes sends to you by email.

All packaging subject to system participation requirements is registered with the Green Dot recycling system.
